These sessions are designed to help individuals who are looking to work on developing their confidence in speaking in public. The sessions will be dedicated to the art of simple vocal communication. The work will focus on the delivery of clear and simple speech whilst identifying habits that may be preventing the speaker from clear and effective communication. The first part of each session will focus on physical and vocal exercises intended to free the voice and develop an individual vocal warm up. The second part of each session will be devoted to working on a specific piece of text that will be chosen to best suit the individual’s needs. The goal for the individual taking these sessions is to motivate personal change toward a place of confidence whilst identifying a personal practice that will be used to evolve the skill of speaking without stress in public.
